Research Opportunities

Innovation Vouchers

The Innovation Voucher initiative develops to build links between Ireland's public knowledge providers (i.e. higher education institutes, public research bodies) and small businesses.  Innovation Vouchers worth €5,000 are available to assist a company or companies to explore a business opportunity or problem with a registered knowledge provider.

CREST can work with companies to apply for this scheme and provide Case Studies of previous successful examples.

Innovation Partnerships

The Innovation Partnership Programme can provide up to 80% of the cost of research work to develop new and improved products, processes or services, or generate new knowledge and know-how.

CREST has worked with several companies to develop commercial technologies, which are now on the market.

Direct Funding

CREST has provided consultancy services to over 300 clients over the last 10 years, ranging from small indigenous companies to multinationals based in Ireland and overseas.   For further information contact Dr. Annaik Genson
