Craig joined CREST in October 2011 as a postgraduate student, working on the Aeromuco project under the joint supervision of Dr. Brendan Duffy and Dr. Gráinne Hargaden (School of Chemical and Pharmaceutical Sciences, DIT Kevin St.) He graduated from Dublin Institute of Technology in 2011 with a Hons 1.1 BSc in Chemical Sciences with Medicinal Chemistry. Through the different projects he undertook as an undergraduate including work on enantioselective organo-catalysts and a previous CREST project to produce anti-microbial coatings, he has specialised in the area of organic synthesis. |
